Food Menu 1/18
Danny and I are super excited about this week’s menu! I think everyone has got the hang of our weekly meal plan service, but for those of you that are new, here are a few reminders:
• $100 for the entire menu
• Orders in by 4pm the Friday before
• Orders ready or pick-up at The Grand (925 4 mile) between 4-5 on Monday
• Delivery available for $10 extra
• Ala carte available (pricing below)
• Call or text Sharyl at 616-881-3683 if you have any questions, or to place your order
• Although it may not seem like it, everything on the menu is Keto. We try and keep under 10 grams (most are less) of carbs per menu option.

Breakfast
-sausage and spinach quiche (3 grams) $7

Lunch

-blue cheese wedge salad with brown butter walnut croutons (5 grams) $10

-Cajun shrimp jambalaya 8 grams ($10)
-pulled pork wraps with Cole slaw 8 grams ($8)
-Parmesan crusted cod over sautéed spinach, zucchini, and garlic roasted tomatoes 4 grams ($12)

-cucumber and onion salad with creamy dill vinaigrette (3 grams) $5
